1. Booking Refund Policy
- No refund is provided for confirmed bookings once a slot is reserved.
- Customers may reschedule their booking at least 12 hours before the slot time (subject to availability).
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
2. Coaching / Training Refunds
- Coaching fees once paid are non-refundable.
- If a session is cancelled by management due to rain or maintenance, a make-up session will be arranged.
3. Razorpay Payment Rules
- All payments made through our website or QR using Razorpay are subject to Razorpay’s terms.
- In case of failed transactions:
- Amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
- The user must contact their bank if the refund is delayed.
4. Turf Closure Due to Weather
- If we are forced to close due to heavy rain or operational issues:
- Slot will be rescheduled without extra charges.
- No cash refund is provided.
